Is there a free plan?
Your first client report is free. Every plan starts with a 3-day trial: you add a card, pay $0 today, and can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.
How does the 30% off work?
You get 30% off your first month on any plan ($34, $69 or $104). After that, plans renew at the regular monthly price.
What counts as an analysis?
Each client analysis you run counts as one, and it includes that client’s full report. Your count resets every month; unused analyses don’t carry over.
What if I run out of analyses?
Move up to a bigger plan anytime from Billing. If you regularly see more than 20 color clients a month, get in touch and we’ll help.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from the Billing page in your account. Cancel during the 3-day trial and you won’t be charged.
Do men’s reports cost the same?
Yes. Every analysis is one analysis, for women and men. Men’s reports focus on palette, neutrals, pairings, prints and metals, without the makeup pages.
Which plan includes my branding?
Pro adds your logo, your name and your brand colors to every report, with Hathaura branding removed. Starter and Stylist reports carry Hathaura branding.
